If anyone asks "What is the most important in small business?", I would like to answer "Space usage".
Just rent small and manage your business efficiently.
Most of people wouldn't believe Cyb Knight is 900 square feet. In my opinion, Americans generally rent too much space and it causes store bankruptcy.
Renting too much space is lethal since it brings not only huge rent, but also high utility bills, maintenance cost or even high business license fees. You cannot assume your business will make plenty of money all the time.
