"Frankly though I don't see how any salon except for something really trendy and upscale could generate enough income to pay 10k a month in rent, plus pay people, and the other expenses involved, much less make a profit. You'd have to have people lined up at the door. A salon/beauty supply location is nothing exclusive and a dime a dozen."

Honestly, this is feeling I get from a lot of businesses.  "How they are going to pay that much rent out of selling donuts or shoes?"

Though we pay relatively less expensive rent, Cyb Knight has paid over $100,000 rent for last 5 and half years.
